Where Ford Motor Company is concerned , no name reins more legendary than that of Bill Stroppe. His “Total Performance” company had it’s hands in every aspect of Ford racing. From the Carrera Panamericana car prep in the fifties, to Pikes Peak racing, NASCAR, Trans-Am, NHRA , and Score Off road events from the sixties, the Stroppe name is attached to them all. With his son Willie Stroppe joining the company in the 70′s and forming Bill Stroppe and Son the torch was passed on and the Stroppe Performance brand lived on. Bill Stroppe was born January 15, 1919
